姜云松,博士,硕士生导师, 2020年毕业于北京工商大学轻工科学技术学院,获应用化学硕士学位,2024年毕业于澳大利亚皇家墨尔本理工大学,获食品科学博士学位,20248月以特聘教授四级入职青岛大学生命科学学院。

参与国家重点研发计划课题、国家自然科学基金面上项目多项,以第一作者在Food ChemistryFood Research InternationalFood & Function等杂志上发表SCI 论文十余篇。

主要研究方向

白酒副产物综合利用;风味分析、天然产物提取;功效评价、活性因子递送。
