个人简介:
李菲,女,中共党员,山东青岛人,1995年生。2017年毕业于河南工业大学,获“食品质量与安全”专业学士学位;2022年毕业于中国农业大学(硕博连读),获“食品科学”博士学位。2022年以“青年卓越人才”加入青岛大学生命科学学院。
研究方向:
1.活性多糖的提取纯化与结构解析。
2.活性多糖等功能因子的生物活性评价。
3.功能因子的药代动力学研究。
