徐奇,博士,硕士生导师,前沿交叉学科研究院院长助理。2018年毕业于华中农业大学食品科学专业,获得工学博士学位;同年加入青岛大学生命科学学院。在Food Hydrocolloids,Ultrasonics Sonochemistry,Food Research International,International Journal of Biological Macromolecules等国际刊物上发表SCI论文20余篇,申请发明专利2项,参编学术著作1部、高校教材1部。主持山东省自然科学基金青年基金1项,教育部产学合作协同育人项目1项,参与国家自然科学基金面上项目2项,青岛市科技惠民项目1项。
