
徐奇,博士,硕士生导师,青岛大学前沿交叉学科研究院院长助理。2018年毕业于华中农业大学,获得工学博士学位;同年加入青岛大学生命科学学院。在Food Hydrocolloids,Ultrasonics Sonochemistry,Food Research International,International Journal of Biological Macromolecules等国际知名刊物上发表SCI论文20余篇,申请发明专利2项,参编学术著作1部、高校教材1部;现任期刊gels客座编辑,Journal of future foods、Food, Nutrition and Health青年编委。主持山东省自然科学基金青年基金1项,教育部产学合作协同育人项目1项,天津市食品质量与健康重点实验室开放课题1项;参与国家自然科学基金面上项目2项,山东省高等学校青年创新团队项目1项、青岛市科技惠民项目1项。
