个人简历：

邓文君，女，山东日照人。2013年毕业于陕西师范大学食品质量与安全专业，获得工学学士学位。2015年毕业于荷兰瓦赫宁根大学食品安全专业，获得理学硕士学位。2021年毕业于美国阿肯色大学食品科学专业，获得哲学博士学位。2021年加入青岛大学生命科学学院。主要从事食源性致病细菌和病毒在食品中的传播机制和防控手段的研究。

研究方向：

1.食源性病毒在无土栽培蔬菜中的污染

2.食源性病毒与细菌的相互作用
