于佳

于佳,博士,副教授,硕士生导师,上海交通大学食品科学与工程专业本科,南开大学生物化学与分子生物学博士,Northwestern University访问学者。

主讲课程:食品营养与卫生学、食品生物技术及实验、专业英语(食品)、食品营养与安全、食品营养调查与设计、高等生物化学。

主持山东省一流线上课程1门。近年来发表高水平论文20余篇;主持省部级教改和科研项目2项,参与科研项目6项,获得授权发明专利3项,参与编写专著1部。获得青岛大学首届青年教师信息化教学竞赛一等奖、青岛大学首届教师教学创新大赛二等奖、青岛大学首届课程思政教学比赛二等奖。曾获得青岛大学优秀班主任、青岛大学教学能手和青岛大学三八红旗手荣誉称号。
